Non-type refund policy

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered where:

  • the goods are in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
  • the goods are lodged for a return within seven working days of receiving date;

14 DAYS RETURNS

We accept returns and can provide a refund on full priced items, if all the below conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unused, unwashed and with all labels attached.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Non-Type Store. If your item(s) arrive broken or faulty please email us a photo of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. 
  • Any discounted sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.

COMPLETING A RETURN

A returns form is included with every order. Simply complete the returns form and include it inside your return delivery package. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES

The Non Type store or website does not currently offer exchanges or credit notes.


ONCE THE NON TYPE TEAM RECEIVES YOUR RETURN

Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to The Non Type Store.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return being received.

Refunds can take 5-7 business days to securely transfer, once the return has been processed. Therefore, please allow 10-14 days to receive funds before contacting our Customer Care team.

You will receive a courtesy email update from The Non-type team as soon as your refund has been initiated.
